In October, we will be gathering in Atlanta to co-create a Designed Team Alliance (DTA) in a dynamic workshop facilitated by Dawna MacLean of WAY. A DTA is a conscious and intentional agreement that defines how we want to partner and work together moving forward. Leaning into our shared values, setting clear expectations, and establishing supportive norms, we’ll build a deeper foundation of trust, accountability, and synergy. This process is a powerful way to shape how we and our teams collaborate, ensuring everyone is aligned and working toward our shared mission and vision.
