When you WAKE UP and become deliberate about how you SHOW UP, you begin the lifelong journey to GROW UP into your wholeness and your life’s purpose. You are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. The work is to get out of your own way by taking radical responsibility in shaping your world and being shaped by your world. This is the WAY.

I have over 30 years’ experience as an executive leader, coach, student, and facilitator. I have coached and lead many Fortune 50 organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and transformations of all sizes. I’ve also coached hundreds of executive leaders and their teams to identify and embrace their purpose and align all aspects of their organizations to fuel improved self-awareness, communication, and impact. I have extensive working knowledge in a diversity of business domains such as healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, technology, finance, supply chain, and many more.

I have a keen sense for asking deeply provocative questions to get to the source of what is alive in you. My approach is rooted in developing individual and collective wholeness, awareness, trust, consciousness, and growth.

My work relies heavily on my diverse experiences, brilliant teachers, and my insatiable curiosity to learn. I have developed highly experiential programs inspired by principles of Co-Active Leadership, Conscious Leadership, Nonviolent Communication, Imago, Working Genius and many more bodies of work. It is in the sum of the integrated parts of what I have learned and discovered that remarkable impact begins to unfold. I contextualize my programs to reflect the challenges and opportunities of each client to ensure they are prepared to fully explore how they come to the WAKE UP, SHOW UP, and GROW UP work.

Back in 2012 I did this TEDx Talk in Montreal.
I was in the throws of my own SHOW UP work at this time. I will forever cherish the discomfort I leaned into as I began my own journey showing up whole in my purpose work.
