This is your go to for everything you’ll need before we gather together for our retreat in Baja, November 3rd to 7th.

Travel & Logistics
To help us prepare for your arrival, please complete the short form below with your flight information and dietary needs. MEA will coordinate airport pickup and drop-off based on the details you provide. The closest airport is SJD.
Early November in Baja typically brings fabulous weather (ranging from 18-29 °C / 65-85 °F) with warm afternoons and cooler evenings. We suggest packing casual, comfortable clothing, linen and breathable fabrics are ideal. Don’t forget your swimsuit and a hat!
There are a few very friendly dogs who run free at the MEA campus. If this is an issue or concern for you, please let us know so we can work with the on-site team.

Second Payment
You’ll be receiving an email shortly regarding your second payment. Please note that all second payments are due by September 10th
Additional Experiences
During the retreat, you’ll have opportunities to book (for an additional cost):
Massage sessions for relaxation and renewal ($85 USD/hr)
1:1 with MEA’s Shaman, Saul, who offers unique and transformative spiritual guidance ($130 USD/hr)
Extend your stay. There is the option to extend your stay at the beautiful and restorative campus. Come as early as the 1st and stay as long as the 9th. Please let us know if you are interested in this.
Note that sign up for massages and Saul will be done upon arrival at the campus.
Pre-Work & Resources
To help get your creative and wonder energy flowing, we’ve prepared some pre-work journaling prompts.
These will support your journey into the retreat.
Many of you have a copy of “Learning to Love Midlife” by Chip Conley. If you do not have a copy, please let us know, and we will send you a copy. We recommend spending some time with it before the retreat.
