I have over 30 years’ experience as an executive leader, coach, student, and facilitator. I have coached and lead many Fortune 50 organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and transformations of all sizes. I’ve also coached hundreds of executive leaders and their teams to identify and embrace their purpose and align all aspects of their organizations to fuel improved self-awareness, communication, and impact. I have extensive working knowledge in a diversity of business domains such as healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, technology, finance, supply chain, and many more.
I have a keen sense for asking deeply provocative questions to get to the source of what is alive in you. My approach is rooted in developing individual and collective wholeness, awareness, trust, consciousness, and growth.

Before joining WAY, I led operations and enablement for a global marketing department at a Fortune 10 healthcare company, AmerisourceBergen (now Cencora). At that same company, I was VP of Marketing Strategy for a complex portfolio of brands and solutions for specialty care providers. I got my start in healthcare as VP of Marketing & Physician Relations at a physician-owned health system in south Texas, DHR Health. After 3 years, I was hand-selected by the CEO to lead strategic initiatives, planning and the performance scorecard for the growing health system. Where I gained my love of helping people and teams thrive, was during my time as a sales trainer and public speaker in the media industry with global firm, NRS Media.
When I reflected on the true impact that I made wherever I worked, it was in my ability to help people across various roles and leadership positions make connections, help them author and communicate their unique stories, help them understand the value that they bring to the table and showed them how to leverage it while remaining authentic. All without letting dangerous narratives stand in their way.
